We had an amazing stay at this urban gem. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The bed and pillows were extra comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The highlight was definitely the legendary breakfast served in a beautiful dining room. The buffet was excellent, with a custom omelette station and a great selection of hot beverages. The location was also prime, perfect for exploring the city. We would definitely stay at this Worldhotels Elite property again.

Hard to think of anything 🤔 One minor downside is that the beds in the room were queen size, which might be a bit snug for two larger individuals. But apart from that, our stay was fantastic!

New hotel, excellently decorated with classic furniture, staff extremely kind and competent, excellent location near the restaurants and cafes area.

The room is not large enough, could be better having only one double bed rather than two.

The hotel is conveniently located near some good restaurants and is very close to Punta Negra beach. The rooms are outstanding, clean, and have new products, accompanied by excellent service. Breakfast is delicious and elaborate. There is a center of events, a sitting area, and rooms have private balconies boasting beautiful views of the ocean.

Elevator issues were reported during some guests' stays.

Poor quality of tv cable very few channels is the worst

the hotel was immaculately clean with amicable and amazingly kind stuff and large breakfast. everything was nice, top-class and new-fashioned room.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are affordable and reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the prime location on the main avenue. The staff is friendly and provides great service. The rooms are spacious enough to accommodate our suitcases, and having a private balcony adds a nice touch. Additionally, the breakfast spread is impressive, with many options to choose from.

Do not stay here, what a nightmare.

The wi fi in my room did not work, or it would work occassionally and then stop makingyou loose the mail you hadjust written. Verystressful. There was no warm water at night! I had a freezing cold shower! The informed duty manager thanked me and hoped i would come again. Is she outof her mind?! No wifi, cold water, and no apologies, no discount, nothing?! Andnthe beds are 1.90. Instead of the 5 star standard of 2 meters, being 1.93 that meant having my legs over the ege and bad sleep.. This is no 5 star hotel,this is a cheqp poussada trying to look like one.

At the confortable room, you don't have too much space to put your things and baggage.

Pool wasn't too big for a 5 star hotel

The breakfast at Majestic Ponta Negra Beach, Worldhotels Elite was exceptional, with a wide variety of hot and cold options. We particularly enjoyed the freshly made eggs, omelettes, and tapioca pancakes. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable, with the front desk always being manned. Our room was spacious and well-furnished, providing ample space for our suitcases. The cleanliness of the room, including the bedding and towels, was impeccable. Despite a few minor setbacks, we found our overall experience at the hotel to be positive and would highly recommend it.

The Hotel is very good. The staff is very friendly, discreet and well prepared. Our room was very nice, quiet, excellent location and very good view.The bathroom, great. The hotel's location on the beach is excellent, a very proper distance. The breakfasts were delicious. The pool and gym were adequate. (We were out of season)

Nothing I did not like, but I would suggest a few things: Extending breakfast hours on Saturday and Sunday, to avoid waiting for table. Put a second "cabinet" (furnishing) to put bags in the room. Hangers swimwear
